All joking aside...

Seriously... keep it out.

The world is in a too fragile state to joke about anyone.

As playful as you may be and well-spirited, most are not in that place and while on the surface appear to accept and handle your joking, in reality they can't handle it and almost always will go into secret retribution.

For best results, keep in your politeness with others and joking aside.

Thus we have what we have today... many finally coming out and expressing their unwillingness to play and it doesn't come out in a friendly manner, but in a vicious defensive/offensive stance against thee.

Best to make non-personal jokes... about things and non-human entities, no need for any defence in this case or any feeling of rejection, defencelessness or a need to attack.

Keep it polite and we may reach a new height.

Roasting is toasting your fellow man however fun and playful it may seem it is putting in place a game where it builds a vicious 'I' in the word team.

Just a few things...

Sooo many things thrown at you in this modern world!!

Sooo easy to take up thing after thing after thing!!

Pick just a few things and stick to them.

Life may seem long when you're young, but it quickly goes quickly.

Leave a legacy, leave something that was worthwhile and provides something to someone.

With the many things it becomes much harder to do that.

Pick the few and work them over and over to give them worth, value and proof of thorough consideration... perhaps then some admiration will come your way.

What are your few?

For where you feel best...

Is it on the coach watching a movie?

Is it in the kitchen cooking?

Is it out in the garage fiddling?

Is it out on the bike riding?

Recall though... it's not just about you.

It's of you, your family, your friends, mankind, the planet, life in general and the eventual return and knowing of where one came from.

So what are you doing that includes and satisfies all of these?

That is the question...

Meaning...

I think we're all searching for meaningful action in our lives.

If we're not searching or moving with meaning, I think we've given up or decided to put it on hold for now.

I think it needs to be sought immediately, as early as possible. I think age will debilitate ability to find meaning later on in life that will actually be valuable. 

Sure, you'll find meaning at all times in differing amounts but I'm referring to that meaning that will free you from your chains for not only this life but many to follow.

We have a semi peaceful time right now to follow meaningful paths of discovery that will shape us for many lives coming.... haste not.

Biggest relationship breaker...

A - "Hi, do you see that dot?"

B - "Yep, I see it."

A - "Cool. It's right there in the middle, isn't it?"

B - "Yep, it is." 

C - Whispers to B, "A is tricking you into agreeing with the dot for other reasons."

A - "So you do see it then?"

B - "No, it's a dent, not a dot."

C - Whispers to A, "B has been trouble since they were born."

A - "Are you trying to make trouble?"

B - "No. I just don't want to get involved."

A - "Involved with what?"

B - "You and your scams." 

A - "What scam?"

B - "Never mind. Just go away."

A - "Sure. No problem." So it is true, B is trouble.

Who was the real relationship breaker?

Waiting on others...

 Ever find yourself waiting on others?

Then before you know it the day is gone and you wished you had done something else?

I discovered recently that was just an excuse I'd use to not do something I knew I should be doing for my own betterment.

For instance, waking up with the intention to hit the gym but you then end up waiting on others because of some plan for the day they mentioned or you just get FOMO.

If you go to the gym, you might miss out on something exciting with them. So you decide to hold out.

Are you chasing good times with others?

How about creating your own good times - getting fit - completing a project etc... and have others chase you to join your good times.

Sure you can try balancing it so you get the best of both worlds, just look out for when you use it as an excuse to not get on with your own universe.

I grew up thinking adults know best, professionals know best... but then as an older person I realise no one really knows what you thought they knew.

Your best to focus on your own universe and be very competent at it, then perhaps you can be that adult that actually knows.

Your universe will then expand as you intended, you'll help others along the way and others will have the FOMO to join your party, not the other way around.

I guess in short it comes down to leading the way and not waiting to follow others.

Be the blame for your success as opposed to blaming others for your failures,

Be the hero in your own movie

 I heard this saying today and it instantly grabbed my attention as if it highlighted something I wasn't doing.

Sharing my wins perhaps so others can gain as well?

Or still not yet doing as much and exactly what I would like?

One prominent thing that came along with that message was the discipline and difficulty one might face.

I think it highlighted to myself that I have not yet failed, I've only yet not persisted and continued down a given path and gone flat out on it.

So back to track I want I guess... there's no escaping the destiny and desires in you and only one path that can truly be taken for you own good... the persistent attack and pursuit of those dreams.
